Note: This article displays images from Breadwinner for Xero, however, the installation steps for Breadwinner for QuickBooks Online are the same, but the terminology may differ slightly.

Installing Breadwinner is as easy as 1-2-3:

1 - Download Breadwinner from the App Exchange and open the Breadwinner Setup Tab

2 - Connect Breadwinner to your QuickBooks Online Accounting system - all you need is an administrative Username and Password

3 - Follow the easy installation steps and match your QuickBooks Companies to Salesforce Accounts

Now look at the Invoices Tab - all your QuickBooks Invoices are visible in Salesforce! Invoices are color-coded according to their payment status:

Now, let’s look at the Accounts tab - Your invoices are also associated with Salesforce Accounts!
