At times users may notice that fields (e.g. custom fields) or sections (e.g. the shipping section) that were previously available are missing on the Breadwinner Invoice. This can happen from one day to another or possibly even within hours.
If this behavior is observed, users should check those settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Intuit sometimes releases updates to QBO that reset certain customer-specified settings (e.g. the shipping section may be turned off). Typically, if these settings are turned off in QBO, they will not show up in Breadwinner either. Turning back on a setting that was reset will bring back that setting in Breadwinner. If there were mappings to those fields or sections, Breadwinner typically retains those, and will continue to operate in the same way as before those settings had been turned off.
